FEATURED PROJECT:  DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT HOTEL AND TRANSIT CENTER

Civil Technology provided consultation services during the planning phase of this iconic project. Our input included reviewing geotechnical and foundation systems as well as establishing the general requirements of the project. The firm is currently engaged in construction management and contract administration.
DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (DIA)

Civil Technology has more than 23 years of construction management experience at Denver International Airport, where we currently serve on the program management team. Projects have included the automated ground transportation system, maintenance facility relocation and expansion, Concourse B base building and tenant finish, toll plaza relocation, Concourse A commuter airline facility expansion and additional passenger loading bridges, terminal roadway improvements, terminal expansion and the canopy project, Module 4 parking structure and surface lot expansions, runways and taxiways, geotechnical investigations, civil work, and soil management.
STAPLETON REDEVELOPMENT INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
Denver, Colorado
Stapleton is the largest urban infill project in the United States. As associate construction manager, Civil Technology participates in all infrastructure development including street improvements, road re-alignment, water/sewer and dry utilities, drainage, bridges, landscaping, irrigation, maintenance programs, and erosion control. Responsibilities have also included the implementation of the master safety program.
DENVER UNION STATION
Denver, Colorado
Union Station is the transportation hub of Denver’s $7 billion FasTracks. Civil Technology provided construction management support to the transit station, light rail transfer, and bus station components, as well as transit infrastructure and civil work. Responsibilities included scheduling, field engineering, quality assurance, document control, and administrative support.
WELLINGTON E. WEBB MUNICIPAL OFFICE BUILDING
Denver, Colorado
As the OCIP program manager, Civil Technology prepared, administered, and coordinated the OCIP safety program. Responsibilities included day-to-day program coordination, contract compliance, OSHA training, and contractor orientation. Additionally, we reviewed contractor site-specific safety plans, and tracked and monitored first injury reports, drug and audiometric tests, and near-miss incidents.
HYATT REGENCY DENVER AT COLORADO CONVENTION CENTER
Denver, Colorado
The 1,100-room Hyatt Convention Center Hotel is one of Denver’s premier hotels serving the convention center in the central business district. Civil Technology provided safety management, document control, and contract administration services for this project.

DENVER JUSTICE CENTER

The Denver Justice Center was a five-component project at a cost of $378 million consisting of a courthouse, detention center, post office, parking structure, and renovation of the existing county jail. As part of the program management team, Civil Technology provided pre-construction services, quality assurance, and safety management.

CENTRAL PARK BOULEVARD INTERCHANGE

The Central Park Boulevard Interchange at Interstate 70 is a $50 million design-build project in Stapleton. Civil Technology’s scope included the development of RFP’s, management of design-build competition, contract negotiation, and design and construction management.
